A Special Keepsake
Every keepsake can be precious when suffering a loss. I make jewelry, and will make a special bracelet for any mother who has experienced the death of her baby. I will need you to e-mail me specific information, because I will design the bracelet especially for your child. I want it to be special when you get it home, so I don't want to give out too many details. Listed below is the information I will need. Please, tell me more if you are ready to talk about it. I would love to be an ear to listen.
Bracelets can no longer be made without the gift of a monetary donation. I do this project independently and the materials are expensive.
Your Name and Address
Baby's Name (Or "Baby Boy" / "Baby Girl")
Sex of baby, if known. (If unknown and you have a strong feeling one way or the other, it is OK to choose a gender. If you prefer not to choose, that's OK, too. Just write "Unknown".)
Number of weeks pregnant when your baby was born/died, if known AND baby's age at death (if different)
The reason for the baby's death, if there was a medical condition such as Paige had. If no known reason, state "Not Known."
Your baby's birthdate
Your baby's date of death, if different
The date (s)he was due
Your bracelet length. If you cannot provide a length, it may not fit-and I want it to fit!

Your bracelet will come boxed, with a card explaining how the color/bead choices were made. There will also be care instructions. If you need your bracelet repaired AT ANY TIME, just contact me and I will fix it for you. See my "Contact Me" page for my e-mail address.
Donations are used to fund my community outreach (see "Outreach & Ministry"), purchase bracelet materials, cover packaging & shipping costs, and pay for internet expenses. See "Donations" tab for more information.
